As your personal trainer, I will develop a fitness program specifically to fit your needs and interests. Every person's psychology, biochemistry, muscle imbalances, hormones, etc. are unique and react differently. You want a program that is tailored to your specific body type and weight or training goals.  Personally, as your trainer, I am determined to teach the truth about living healthy and change some lives!

About this personal trainer:

I am not new to the world of fitness and health. Being a competitive bodybuilder and winning the title of Ms. Everett are just a couple of my personal accomplishments. Attaining my W.I.T.S. certification, completing an internship & participating in numerous classes have given me the tools necessary to keep my workouts fresh yet powerful. With over 15 years experience working with moms, athletes, firefighters and even coaching soccer and softball teams, I know how to work with people of all ages, shapes and sizes!  I am also a busy mother of three, knowing first hand that time is of the essence; I know that keeping fit can be done in shorter more  time-budgeted workouts.  I use dynamic total body workouts that are higher in intensity and most effective for fat burning while increasing strength.  I live and encourage a healthy lifestyle, functional fitness, having a positive mindset and am passionate about motivating others in achieving their personal goals to live stronger for longer.

2020!

I hope you greatly enjoyed the holidays. Now to look ahead...
