Training sessions are offered in the privacy of your own home (travel charges may apply), my home studio (Everett), in Mukilteo at HOPE Fitness Center or you may join in on a Body Camp. Marysville camps starting back up in September!!
Personalized sessions are tailored to each individual and to his/her fitness level, offered on a per-session basis or in packages.
Body Camps are fitness boot camps, where you can enjoy the camaraderie of others without the military hype. You will receive 30 minutes of intense strength and endurance training with each class. The camp consists of 2 half-hour sessions per week for 4 weeks.
New camps started June 1--get in shape for the sun! Weekly challenges all summer long. Fitness Body Camps will be offered in September on Monday and Wednesday evenings (5:30) at the Marysville location--P2 Pilchuck Dance Academy (Grove Street, Marysville). Fitness Body Camps are every Tuesday and Thursday at 2:30 pm, 4:30 pm, and 6:00 pm in Mukilteo at HOPE Fitness Center (11811 Mukilteo Speedway, Ste #200). If you prefer a morning camp, Fitness Body Camps are now available on Wednesdays at 9:00 and Fridays/Saturdays at 9:30 (Mukilteo location only). So grab a friend, spouse or neighbor and come sweat together!! NEW CAMPs being offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons at 3:30 at my home studio through the summer.

Can't make these times? Bring friends and start your own class! Customized camp times available. Minimum of 3 participants required for guaranteed class times. Corporate camps also available--give me a call.

Body Camps for Brides are now available---sign up and look great for the wedding and honeymoon! Email or call for further details or questions. This camp includes nutritional guidance, 3 one-on-one consultations, plans for non-camp days, an online membership to Firmer Assets Nutrition Program, a grocery store shopping trip, and weekly email accountability for the bride-to-be. Get the whole wedding party involved and create a custom camp just for your wedding!
Try the 'refer a friend' program. If you refer a friend, who purchases either a set of sessions or a Body Camp, both you and the friend receive one (1) free hour session or (1) free week of a body camp. Give it a try--nothing to lose but a bit of sweat!!
